Chief of Staff at Stitch

Responsibilities

• Help identify and implement new sales and distribution approaches, at both the tactical and strategic level
• Support the development of stakeholder materials, including customer, partner, and investor collateral
• Design and implement complex business and operational systems and processes
• Perform analyses and research that help us make the right growth decisions for Stitch
• Partner with key leaders in the Commercial, Growth, and Operations teams when and as relevant to help lead strategic initiatives end-to-end

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree, ideally in Computer Science, Economics, Engineering
• 5 - 10 years of relevant work experience
• Experience in strategic planning and business operations, particularly in fast moving technology company would be advantageous
• Experience at a top-tier management consulting firm would be advantageous

Advantageous

• Strong network and content knowledge in the local Fintech or Banking space
• Interest in Open Banking
• Experience working in B2B SaaS, API or Payments companies
• Strong knowledge of customers and customer needs in various key markets - including South Africa, Nigeria, Kenya, and Ghana
