Job Description

• Effective compliance monitoring and testing provides early insight into potential compliance challenges and thus enabling the business to more quickly and easily resolve issues before they become serious.
• In this role we are looking for a professional with expert knowledge of compliance monitoring and testing. Identifying and mitigating any weaknesses in the existing compliance risk management controls.

Additional responsibilities:

• Ensuring that the relevant regulatory framework and company policy is implemented by business
• Conducting ad hoc special monitoring/surveillance as and when required.
• Participating in compliance monitoring planning and providing guidance in respect of allocated regulatory requirements and policies
• Identifying relevant sections to be monitored and the frequency of monitoring in order to ensure the consistent application of the compliance methodology and assessment of findings.
• Embedding the compliance culture in business to robustly manage regulatory and reputational risks.
