Minimum Requirements:

• Extensive experience in selling Cisco products and solutions, including IT networking equipment, projects, and managed services.
• In-depth technical knowledge of Cisco technologies and their business applications is essential.
• Proven track record as a new business hunter, successfully identifying and closing new client opportunities.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Self-motivated, results-driven, and comfortable working independently in a fully remote role.
• Familiarity with CRM systems to manage and track sales activities.
• Access to a personal smartphone for business purposes (we’ll provide a calling app).

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Hunt for new business opportunities by proactively identifying and reaching out to potential clients using cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach.
• Showcase your Cisco expertise by introducing and promoting a portfolio of Cisco-based IT networking equipment, managed services, and projects to meet clients’ unique needs.
• Schedule and conduct 4–5 meetings per week with key decision-makers that align with the company’s target client profile.
• Develop and execute strategies to engage stakeholders, build trust, and foster strong business relationships.
• Consistently meet and exceed sales targets for new client acquisition and revenue generation.
• Maintain detailed and up-to-date records of your pipeline, sales activities, and client interactions in the CRM system.
