Role Responsibilities

• Engage/participate in the full spectrum of geometric and drainage design - from conceptual to final design.
• Design co-ordination, perform and oversee drafting.
• Develop specifications and bills of quantities.
• Prepare reports required by the project development.
• Full project management responsibilities for related design projects
• Engage with the client on project related matters.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team or independently with minimal oversight.
• Ability to interpret and communicate information of a complex technical nature.
• Able to learn and to develop new skills and workflows for new digital tools.
• Transfer knowledge and skills to junior engineers/modellers and the team.

Minimum Requirements

• BEng/BSc/BTech degree in Civil Engineering.
• At least 3 years Road (Geometric) design experience gained in a consulting environment.
• Road signs and road markings design.
• Knowledge of SARTSM, COTO specifications.
• Proficiency in Civil 3D and AUTOCAD.
• Sound project design and deliverable management experience.
• Sound communication and interpersonal skills.
• Scripting in Dynamo and experience in BIM360/ACC would be advantageous.
