Claims Administration Officer - George at Badger Holdings (Pty) Ltd

What are the duties and responsibilities?

• Receive and allocate to Claims Consultants inbound calls and emails from existing customers and third parties.
• Provide, reliable and accurate information on daily statistical data analysis.
• Allocation of assessment reports from Auto Integrity system to Claims Consultants.
• Printing and posting of claims related documentation.
• Administration of inbound documents, including scanning and uploading to claims.
• Regular file maintenance on the Auto Integrity system.
• Report incidents, breaches, or complaints in a timely manner and in accordance with relevant Policies and Procedures.
• Carry out other duties that are within the limits of your skills, competence, training and/or experience as directed by your manager.

Requirements

The essentials you’ll need:

• Grade 12 / National Senior Certificate.
• Intermediate level computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
• Sound written and verbal communication skills.
• Attention to detail.
• Willing and available to start working at 03h30 am. 

Other valuable skills you may have:

• Prior experience in customer service.
• An understanding of the role and importance of insurance.
