purpose

• Accurate assessment, investigation and validation of complex long-term insurance claims/ claims with a high value in accordance with the goals, objectives, processes and standards of the organization in order to meet customer. These claims may include funeral , death, disability, dread disease and retrenchment claims.

experience and qualifications

• Minimum Qualification : Grade 12.
• Preferred Qualification : Relevant qualification.
• Experience : At least 5 years’ experience in risk claims which must include experience in funeral, death, disability, dread disease and retrenchment claims on simple and complex life insurance products.
• Experience in identification of managing claims fraud.
• Long-term insurance industry and product knowledge.
• Person must not be an unrehabilitated insolvent.
