Purpose of the job:

This position is responsible for timeous processing of all claims and capturing of pricing credit on approval.

Responsibilities:

• Daily printing of pricing claims received electronically from customers
• Ensure pricing schedules are accurately completed
• Ensure credits are passed timeously and correctly after approval from Sales Department
• Daily printing of stock return claims received electronically from customers and submit to Credit Controllers and relevant sites
• Weekly follow up with sites regarding stock return claims that need to be credited
• Assist Credit Control department with Ad-hoc related duties Competencies (knowledge, skills and attributes):

Qualification Requirements

•  Grade 12

Experience Requirements

• Previous experience in FMCG environment
• Working knowledge of Excel and MS Word
• 1-2 years claims clerk experience
