Be able to work within a team as well as perform well on his her own. The position from time to time works overtime and you may be required to work on Public Holidays.

Requirements

• Grade 12 or equivalent NQF4
• Business English: Fluent
• Shifts/Weekend/Public Holidays
• Computer literacy

Duties and Responsibilities

• Capture Truck and Driver documentation
• Capture information on Satellite and interbranch reports
• Check and control printed invoices
• Follow up on queries
• Printing of invoices and load sheets after picking
• Report on deviations on arrival times of trucks
• Closing of routes on ERMS
