• Receive, review & validate customer claims
• Prepare regular reports on claim trends for credit controller and KAM's attention
• Liaise with internal and external customer teams
• Managing customer claims portal 
• Ensure compliance with internal controls, business requirements and credit policies

Skills, Experience & Education

• Grade 12 Certificate with Mathematics/ Accounting 
• Minimum 1 year's experience in an accounting or financial environment 
• MS office proficiency - Intermediate Excel and Outlook are essential
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong time management and organisational skills 
• Must have an aptitude for learning
