Job Description
Key Responsibility Areas:

• Undertakes the distribution of furniture and equipment for the entire Unit.
• Records and marks assets and deliver assets to the relevant office/s.
• Monitors and records the transfer of assets.
• Undertakes disposal of assets as and when required.
• Prepares and maintains financial assets register and undertakes the physical verification of assets.
• Performs any other duties that may be assigned by the Administration Officer.

Qualifications

Essential Requirements:

• Grade 12 (NQF Level 4) or equivalent.
• Valid motor vehicle driving license.
• 2 Years relevant experience.
• Computer Literacy.

Preferred Requirements:

• Grade 12 (NQF Level 4) or equivalent and a certificate in the Administrative field.
• 3 Years relevant experience.
