Clerk: Driver Reconciliations

Job Advert Summary
- To reconcile Driver documentation received after a delivery round has been completed and capture data in Clover ERM
Requirements
- Grade 12 or equivalent NQF4
- 2 -3 Relevant experience in applying job related concepts, techniques and processes at the required level
- Business English: Fluent
- Computer literacy (Advanced)
- Work shifts/weekends/public holidays

Duties and Responsibilities
- Reconcile documentation and capture results
- Reconcile Driver delivery documentation
- Reconcile agent generated documents
- Check and control reconciled invoices
- Follow up on queries
- Ensure allocated Driver reconciliations are captured
- Report on deviations
