Clerk (Marketing Projects) at TWK Agri

Job Description

• TWK Agri has the following vacancy available: Clerk (Marketing Projects) within the Corporate Services division at Piet Retief, Mpumalanga.

Responsibilities and Duties 

• Promote and represent the company in a professional and positive manner at all times
• Assist with planning, setup, and coordination of events and promotional activities
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships through excellent service
• Capture and manage data accurately for marketing, stock, and customer feedback
• Support management with marketing-related internal processes and administration
• Handle administration and stock control of marketing materials
• Set up and maintain visual displays and ensure they are always up to standard
• Monitor and clean marketing materials in storage
• Ensure promotional materials and display areas are clean, neat, and presentable
• Assist with packing, sending, and receiving internal orders and deliveries
• Support TWK Outdoor with orders, stock coordination, and event participation
• Assist with general duties as requested by Management such as deliveries and distribution of Radius magazines

Qualifications and Skills 

• Matric / Grade 12
• Relevant degree or qualification (advantageous)
• Computer literate in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Power Point)
• Strong administration skills
• Valid Driver’s License (Code 08)
• Willing to travel
• Willing to work on weekends
