Clerk Sales Order at PepsiCo

Job Overview:

• Handles a skilled level of calculations, verbal and written communications, outside enquiries, follow-up or explanation. May seek advice from a Section Leader but has some discretion. Handles a greater variety of tasks, level clerical staff.
• Administer sales orders
• Handle customer queries
• On time pack report to production
• CSA controls
• Short loads
• Outstanding invoices
• Excellent verbal written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently, priorities and manage tasks to meet deadlines and expectations with minimal supervision

Qualifications

• Minimum Qualification- Matric and Certificate in Administration
• Previous experience working in office setting
• 1-3 years’ relevant experience within an office environment
• Computer skills including, MS Office, E Mails, other systems
