Job Description

In this role you are responsible for load creation and settling and reconciling loads according to company standards. You are also responsible for fulfilling ad-hoc Debtors functions. Processing all relevant info for deliveries accurately and timeously and ensuring that Drivers settle their deliveries. Providing service and support to Debtors Department.
- Route settlement/ data capturing
- Load creation
- Reconcile edit listing, donations, ullages
- Queries
- Owner driver statements (N/a in Paarl and Koelbly)
- SHEQ Responsibilities
Skills, Experience & Education
- Grade 12 Certificate
- Minimum 1 year admin experience
- MS Office proficient
- Knowledge of ERP systems would be advantageous
