Reducing high volume of calls through switchboard operation. The functionality of telephone lines and handsets are working at the relevant workstation. Accurate functionality of telephone lines to end – user.
Accurate functionality of speed dials for staff. Frequently updating of doctor’s call list (to be able to identify which doctor is allocated to which department). Availability of doctor’s call list.
