Client Liaison at Hire Resolve

Responsibilities

• Advertising units and managing new listings.
• Drafting new leases and processing renewals.
• Following up on outstanding amounts and sending demand letters.
• Conducting tenant reference checks and affordability assessments.
• Managing move-in/out inspections and deposit refunds.
• Addressing tenant complaints and logging maintenance issues.
• Managing invoicing and ensuring timely billing.
• Updating and maintaining the vacating schedule and rental updates.
• Communicating rent increases and lease renewals to tenants.
• Handling ITC listings, blacklisting, and arrears management.
• Assisting Directors with sales of units and related documentation.
• Ensuring all deadlines and documentation processes are met efficiently.

Requirements

• Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle.
• Matric qualification.
• 2-3 years of experience in rentals.
• Proficiency in MS Office and Outlook.
• Experience with MDA and TPN (advantageous).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong understanding of rental processes and tenant management.
• Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
