Client Manager - ISO 9001, 14001, 45001 at BSI

Key responsibilities and accountabilities:

• Recommend the issue, re-issue, or withdrawal of certificates, and report recommendations in accordance with BSI policy, procedures and prescribed time frame. Prepare audit reports and deliver findings to clients to ensure client understanding of the audit decision and clear direction to particular items of corrective action where appropriate.
• Ensure that value is added to customers and their business/organization through the audit of their systems and processes against BSI requirements
• Continually enhance & uphold the reputation and perception of BSI through excellent planning, delivery, report writing and day-to-day interactions with customers and other key stakeholders
• Demonstrate commercial acumen and real added value when feeding back to clients
• Continually demonstrate a professional and engaging approach whilst auditing clients
• Lead audit teams as required ensuring that team members are adequately briefed so that quality of service is maintained and that effective working relationships are sustained both with Clients and within the team
• Maintain and enhance appropriate professional qualification status in relevant disciplines

Candidate Specification:

• 5+ years of experience
• Lead Auditor with ISO Certifications (9001, 14001, 45001)
• Bachelor's degree
• Willing to travel frequently
• Excellent presentation skills, able to present audit findings professionally and effectively
• Ability to produce high-quality professional reports at a reasonable pace, explaining technical issues and demonstrating the added value
• Computer literate with experience in basic Microsoft packages
