We are looking for a Client Service Consultant to provide support to clients by resolving queries related to debt counselling. The role focuses on delivering accurate financial guidance, ensuring client retention, and maintaining compliance. Additionally, agents assist clients with referrals to appropriate products and guide them in effectively using DebtBusters' self-service tools.
Key Responsibilities:
To handle client queries and service DebtBusters clients via our various servicing channels i.e. inbound calls, emails, chat
Ensure timely and professional responses, updates and resolution to client queries, managing their expectations
These include, but are not limited to, queries related to payments, account balances, retention, etc
Maintain high levels of quality by adhering to company standards and best practice
Achieve clearly communicated performance targets
Educating and referring clients to the self-service client portal as well as appropriate additional products.
