Client Service Consultant at Malander

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Client Service Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a background in call centre operations and data capturing as well as the ability to demonstrate a strong commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.

Responsibilities:

• Respond to client inquiries and concerns promptly, whether in person, via phone, or through digital communication channels;
• Build and maintain positive client relationships by understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions or products;
• Handle client feedback, complaints, and escalations, working diligently to resolve issues and ensure client satisfaction;
• Assist in client onboarding, product demonstrations, and provide relevant information or guidance to help clients make informed decisions;
• Ensure accurate and efficient data capturing and maintenance of client records.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a call centre and data capturing role;
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written;
• Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to think on your feet;
• Customer-focused with a passion for delivering exceptional service;
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously;
• Familiarity with CRM systems and data entry processes.

Preferred Qualifications:

• A Bachelor's Degree in relevant field.
• Knowledge of industry-specific regulations, tools, or software.
