Minimum Requirements:

• Previous experience in medical aesthetics is advantageous.
• Excellent hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity for precision-based tasks.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to provide compassionate patient care.
• Attention to detail and the ability to follow strict clinical protocols.
• Ability to work in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism.
• Proficient in record-keeping and maintaining confidential patient data.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new techniques and technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the medical team in preparing for and performing procedures.
• Perform designated aspects of the procedures under supervision, ensuring precision and adherence to clinical protocols.
• Prepare and maintain surgical tools, instruments, and operating areas before, during, and after procedures.
• Provide pre-and post-procedure care to patients, including educating them on recovery and follow-up processes.
• Maintain accurate patient records, including procedural details and outcomes.
• Ensure strict adherence to hygiene, safety, and sterilization standards.
• Collaborate with the medical team to continuously improve patient outcomes and experiences.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in hair transplant techniques and medical aesthetics.
