Grade 12 with Basic R425 qualification i.e. Diploma / Degree in Nursing that allows registration with SANC. A minimum of 7 years appropriate experience in Nursing after registration as a Professional Nurse.
Current registration with SANC. A valid driver`s license and computer literacy is essential. Experience in TB, HIV and AIDS and STI programme management. HAST Trainings courses attended. Skills (Interpersonal, good communication and report writing).
Duties :
Implementation of the HAST strategic plan in line with the 90 90 90 HIV and TB strategy. Improving access to HIV and TB services through routine HTS, TB screening, GeneXpert + PCR testing.
Coordination of PMTCT Program within the sub district. Implementing quality assurance to HIV, DS-TB and DR-TB programme to ensure sustained viral suppression and cure rates.
Liaison with HIV partners and municipality to improve service delivery. Implementation of integrated health information system for HAST (DHIS / Tier.net and EDRweb). Community mobilization and NGO support with focus on key populations / condom distribution and VMMC services.
Conducting quarterly reviews for performance monitoring at Sub District level. Manage human, financial and physical resources for HAST at sub district and prepare sources documentation for audit purposes. Report writing and presentation at Sub District and District level.
