Cloud Accounting Specialist at Snatch.work

Introduction

• We are looking for a Cloud Accounting Specialist/Accounting Systems Manager to drive optimal efficiency from our Cloud accounting software. The role is based in the Southern Suburbs, of Cape Town. The organisation I am representing is market-leading, and extremely fast-growing, in the Cloud Accounting space. They focus on SME clients and pride themselves on delivering a tailor-made product basket of accounting services. The organisation places a huge emphasis on employee wellness, and creating a “fun”, but hard working, work environment. They are passionate about SME development.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Analyse existing Software processes, and identify areas of efficiency improvement.
• Implement most efficient use of Cloud Accounting Software possibly using tools such as Dext and Hubdoc.
• Take input and problems from Accounting Teams, and convert into solutions.

Desired Qualifications, Experience and Attributes

• Eligible / Registered CA(SA); CGMA; PA(SA) ; AGA(SA) with extremely strong interest in Cloud Accounting ERP systems.
• Alternatively you are Degreed in IT, and have a strong interest in Accounting!
• Experience within a XERO Cloud Accounting environment non - negotiable.
• Exposure to Dext, SimplePay and HubDoc highly advantageous.
• Take charge attitude, exerts influence.
