Codes Administrator | Bellville, Cape Town at PSG Konsult Ltd

Responsibilities:

• Manage the application and cancellations of Broker code
• Maintain and update records
• Open, change and close bank accounts
• Resolve Broker queries
• Act as liaison between Providers and Brokers
• Manage the process of transferring clients between brokers
• Follow up on outstanding information

Minimum requirements:

• Grade 12 / NQF4 qualification
• 2 years’ relevant strong administration work experience within the financial services industry
• Proficient in both spoken and written English and at least one other of the official South African languages
• Computer literacy (MS Office)
