Commercial & Compliance Manager - Cape Town

A Leading IPP located in Cape Town is looking for a Commercial and Compliance Manager to join their team.

Duties:
- Provide commercial and legal support
- Drafting, reviewing and negotiating contracts
- Maintain Risk Registers
- BBBEE compliance and verification
Requirements:
- LLB, BCom or equivalent
- Minimum 5 years experience within commercial and compliance
- ERP knowledge
- Exposure and or understanding of the Renewable space
