    Commercial Excellence Manager

    • The successful candidate for the Commercial Excellence Manager position will lead strategic initiatives to optimize market coverage, strengthen distributor alignment, and drive profitable growth in the agricultural sector. This role combines commercial strategy, customer engagement, and digital innovation to enhance sales effectiveness and market penetration. The successful candidate will design loyalty programs, implement data-driven tools, and foster collaboration across business units to deliver impactful solutions. This is a high-impact role for a commercially savvy, customer-focused professional with strong strategic and analytical skills.

    Duties will include the following:

    • Optimize market coverage and penetration in alignment with distributors.
    • Identify target customers (farmers, cooperatives, agri-businesses) and enhance access through tailored programs.
    • Improve sales team effectiveness via tools, training, and incentive programs.
    • Develop and implement commercial policies to achieve sales and profitability goals.
    • Design and manage customer contact cycles and loyalty initiatives.
    • Conduct customer segmentation and deploy market approaches using advanced tools.
    • Collaborate on out-licensing opportunities to strengthen contracts and offers.
    • Drive data-based decision-making through analytics and digital platforms.
    • Design demand generation actions and monitor market trends for innovative models.
    • Foster collaboration with internal business units to deliver integrated solutions.

    WHAT YOU OFFER

    • Degree in Agronomy, Agricultural Engineering, or Business Studies
    • Minimum 8 years of commercial or channel management experience in B2B, preferably within the agricultural industry
    • Strong strategic thinking and business management expertise with a focus on innovation
    • Digital and data-driven mindset, skilled in leveraging analytics for decision-making
    • Excellent communication and customer-focused approach, with proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint
