Commercial Planning Analyst - Bryanston at Nestle

• We’re now looking for a CIM Configuration Specialist to support and accelerate region growth and profitability.  Responsible for supporting the Sales Teams with an accurate and appropriately configured CIM application for customer revenue & investment planning, management & optimization.  They are responsible for ensuring configuration of new &/or previously unused functionalities, to fully optimize and leverage the CIM application. They will contribute to improvement opportunities for the CIM application across the Sales end-to-end flows and work with Commercial Excellence to successfully configure improvements.

A day in the life of...

A CIM Configuration Specialist  ....

•  Subject Matter Expert (SME) for CIM
• Comprehensive understanding of the CIM application usage in support of achieving appropriate configuration for CIM users to work in the most efficient and effective way 
• Act as a subject matter expert for the NIM sales community, providing guidance for CIM configuration & implications
•  Become an expert in the Visualfabriq solution across the key areas (Pricing, Promotions, Configuration, Claims, Reporting, PLC)
• Complete approved configuration changes as required taking ownership for related market data, such as plan accounts, assortment, RSP, PLC, etc
• Manage local users access via roles 
• Visualfabriq Change & Release Management 
• Support the configuration of new roadmap functionality that is approved for deployment, completing the required testing as part of the release cycles. 
• Ensure configuration documentation is created and updated where required for new or changes to functionality. 

What will make you successful

• Minimum 1 to 2 years working in the Commercial Function
• Experience in program/system configuration & administration 4-5 years
• Ability to problem solve and develop appropriate solutions
• Methodical working style with attention to detail
• Tech savvy, with aptitude for systems
• Ability to work cross functionally internally and externally
