Commercial Investigation & Analysis    

• Analyze, investigate and report on commercial opportunities to inform decisions regarding the feasibility of our market share, competitiveness or generate a market advantage and provide assessment.
• Examine markets of interest and commercial indicators to better understand risks and opportunities for each revenue stream.
• Monitor and report on live and emerging markets, competitor and regulatory developments and findings to assist in the commercial assessment of market potential and opportunities in terms of new products and services and monetization of our Platform.

Monitoring and Reporting         

• Develop business specifications to assist in the development and implementation of commercial reporting tools.
• Define the data and data sources to enable commercial analytics.
• Develop a knowledge base for sharing and disseminating commercial content with relevant stakeholders.
• Provide insights, story boards and commentary which facilitate the interpretation of commercial activities and business results.

Analytics and Modelling             

• Develop models to assess the viability of markets given market potential, complexity, compliance, and product requirements.
• Develop frameworks to facilitate the understanding of strategic variables that impact entry and/or growing existing markets.   

Contracts Data and Knowledge Base     

• Develop a contracts database and appropriate classification system that allows easy access and cross-reference of specific commercial terms.
• Analyze new and existing contracts to advise on their commercial viability.
• Develop a knowledge repository of commercial content for future reference in market and contract analysis.
• Develop commercial dashboards to facilitate the understanding and sharing of market related information.
• Create and deliver knowledge sharing programmes to drive awareness of good commercial practices.

Planning & Monitoring 

• Create and manage commercial project plans to support the monitoring and management of commercial initiatives.
• Estimate and communicate the effort required for project milestone delivery to enable effective planning and prioritization.

Operational Execution & Excellence      

• Align and implement the organization's commercial analysis practices to ensure adherence to company standards when conducting commercial and contract analysis of new business.

Stakeholder Management         

• Identify, understand and continuously align with stakeholders on the value provided and SLA's to ensure effective delivery of commercial analysis.
