As Communications Manager you will be responsible for Designing and executing the internal and external communications strategy of the Africa and the Middle East Commercial Unit.

• Keep employees informed, develop employee communications
• Design and plan external communications strategy and activities along the business and functional priorities in the CU
• Execute the communications plan
• Secure consistency in messaging with the broader region and global
• Develop and maintain media relations

Qualifications
To Grow What Matters, You Will Need

• 5 years of experience
• Marketing or corporate communications background
• Preferably agriculture, food industry experience
• Excellent English (both oral and written)
• Great presentation skills
• Working with cross-functional teams
