Community Management Lead - SSA at TikTok

Responsibilities:

• Lead the development and execution of long-tailed creator and UGC streamer's development and retention strategies.
• Drive community growth initiatives through operations of training and scaled programs to ensure creator engagement, retention, and satisfaction.
• Track creator performance and run scaled training on how to optimize performance, and grow high potential creators to transfer to content vertical team.
• Solicit, organize, and contextualize product feedback from creators.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent practical experience.
• At least 7+ years of experience with certain operations in Social Media agencies, Talent Management, and MCNs or KOLs.
• Understand the needs of users and are good at finding and cultivating influencers.
• Outstanding skills in communication, presentation, and training.
• Strong planning and project management skills for online & offline campaigns.
• A proven track record working within an international and fast-growing tech environment is desired.
• Strong and proven people management and strategy development skills.
• This role can be based in South Africa or Dubai.
