    Community Management Lead - SSA

    Responsibilities:

    • Lead the development and execution of long-tailed creator and UGC streamer's development and retention strategies.
    • Drive community growth initiatives through operations of training and scaled programs to ensure creator engagement, retention, and satisfaction.
    • Track creator performance and run scaled training on how to optimize performance, and grow high potential creators to transfer to content vertical team.
    • Solicit, organize, and contextualize product feedback from creators.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent practical experience.
    • At least 7+ years of experience with certain operations in Social Media agencies, Talent Management, and MCNs or KOLs.
    • Understand the needs of users and are good at finding and cultivating influencers.
    • Outstanding skills in communication, presentation, and training.
    • Strong planning and project management skills for online & offline campaigns.

    Content Insights Specialist

    Job Description:
    This role is based in the TikTok MENA Content Programming team. We're looking for a Content Insights Specialist who is passionate about content and data insights. The role will promote safety in the region as well as improve our content offering for the local French-speaking markets.

    • Drive research initiatives to improve content quality and audience engagement based on global and regional strategies.
    • Sharing key performance insights with XFN teams and sharing recommendations to improve our content offering in these markets.
    • Assess internal and external risks and ensure the strategic escalation of risks.
    • Review short video content and engage XFN teams on opportunities for growth.
    • Map out long-term feature/product strategies for regional growth and set medium and short-term goals to achieve them.
    • Responsible for in-depth analysis of the local content ecosystem to drive local content growth.
    • Evaluate the content strategy of short videos, and contribute to deciding the content direction.

    Qualifications

    • Experience in digital content analysis and reporting, ideally at a top consumer tech or media company.
    • Exceptional knowledge of TikTok and strong interest in entertainment and digital content.
    • Data-driven mindset and strong analytical skills; ability to interpret data, identify problems, and develop constructive solutions.
    • Highly organized, proactive, and adept at balancing multiple fast-turnaround projects simultaneously.
    • Hyper-collaborative, accustomed to working with and understanding the needs of various partners.
    • Ability to manage short and long-term projects and set goals for phases of the project.

    Content Editorial Specialist - Sport & Gaming

    Job Summary:
    The Content Editorial Specialist will hold a multifaceted role that helps determine and execute strategic initiatives with respect to its inclusive content programming, working with internal and external content partners. The role is rooted in campaign implementation, scheduling, content understanding, and analysis, with familiarity working in a content management system (CMS) as well as exposure to web/data analytics tools for performance tracking and growth.

    • Execute local content strategies leveraging understanding of local up-to-date content trends and digital marketing landscape.
    • Work with the wider content programming team in the development of new content formats and initiatives to drive content growth and user engagement.
    • Partner with creator/community teams to support partners with in-app content ideation to further drive content diversification.
    • Plan and execute content campaigns with cross-functional teams to drive content growth, providing digestible and actionable analysis, support content campaign performance tracking, and analysis.
    • Ideate content editorial tools, and creative effects to drive user engagement.
    • Identify and implement additional operations improvements across the team.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor or above degree.
    • Relevant working experience in content development or digital marketing.
    • Familiarity with local customs and culture, highly sensitive to social news.
    • Familiarity with office software, data processing, or data analysis skill is a plus.
    • Good communication skills, teamwork spirit, and learning ability; can work under pressure.
