Company Controlling Specialist at Ericsson

About this opportunity!

We are looking for a Company Controlling Specialist that provide high quality accounting, support compliance to internal and external financial reporting requirements, and to support financial advice.

The Company Controlling Specialist has the mandate to hold the execution of any transaction or business set-up if there is a suspicion of non-compliance to the Code of Business Ethics (CoBE), disregarding of the level of available approvals,  until a review of the transaction or set-up has been performed by the relevant compliance function.

What you will do

• Ensuring alignment with global financial processes and accounting directives
• Providing high quality accounting and financial reporting
• Providing correct Legal Entity Income Statements and Balance Sheets
• Supporting with financial advice
• Performing Period-End-Closing: accounts reconciliation, valuation, analysis of legal entity IS/BS, prepare journal vouchers
• Performing asset control activities
• Supporting legal forecasting
• Monitoring precision in Transfer Pricing and initiate corrective actions
• Supporting follow-up on intercompany issues
• Maintaining general ledger master data
• Preparing statutory accounts, notes, and reports
• Preparing statistical returns
• Performing records retention governance activities
• Supporting development of financial processes
• Supporting identification and mitigation of financial risks
• Signoff of applicable SOX controls
• Supporting in statutory and FIRE audits
• Supporting efficiency and quality programs within Company Controlling

You will bring

• Academic degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or equivalent
• Knowledgeable in GAAP (i.e. local GAAPs, IFRS, and Group Directives)
• Understanding of financial systems
• Drive, Integrity, and Perspective
