Compliance Administrator - Milnerton at Astron Energy (Pty) Ltd.

Job Details

• Actively drives Compliance and Controls at the Terminal to ensure adherence to Stock Control Standards, SAP, EDI and FuelFACS policies and Standard Operating Procedures.
• Accountable for the execution and oversight of these processes with emphasis on the accuracy and quality of daily/weekly/monthly inventory reconciliations including out-of-tolerance inventory loss gain investigations, explanations and execution of all corrective action plans.  
• They are the custodian of the SHEQ files and making sure all Audit findings are closed on time.
• Milnerton terminal is based at the refinery, which makes the Compliance Administrator to become a member of the EMT (Emergency Management Team) representing the terminal.

Professional Qualification :

• Senior Certificate and a Tertiary Qualification in Logistics or Supply Chain Management / Operations/ Business Management.
