FEM is looking to appoint a Compliance Analyst on a 4 month contract to assist the Legal and Compliance Manager with assessing compliance with the POPI Act and regulatory requirements within the business. Furthermore, the successful incumbent will provide efficient compliance and legal support by reviewing existing legal documents as well as drafting contracts and clauses for implementation throughout the business.
The minimum requirements of the position are an LLB degree with a minimum of 3 years’ legal experience with at least 1 year in compliance. Furthermore, the successful candidate must be an admitted attorney for at least 1 year. Excellent analytical skills, the ability to work in a highly pressurised environment, quality orientation, reliability and excellent communication complete our requirements.
We have offices regionally in Cape Town, Durban and Johannesburg. This position will be located in Rosebank, Johannesburg.
