Job description:
- PSG has an exciting opportunity for a finance graduate to join our 18-month graduate programme while being permanently employed in an Administration Consultant role within Group Risk and Retirement. The successful candidate will support employee benefits administration, member queries, client service and claims-related processes.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with day-to-day administration for allocated employer groups
- Assist with member queries relating to group risk and retirement benefits
- Support withdrawal, disability and group risk claim processes
- Engage with employers, HR/payroll teams, insurers and administrators
- Keep CRM/client records accurate and up to date
- Track and follow up on outstanding queries, claims and amendments
- Attend training and client/admin meetings when required
Minimum requirements:
- Completed Matric certificate
- Completed Bachelor’s degree (Preferably majoring in Finance, Economics, Business Management, Management, Investment Planning/ Risk Management) or BCom (Economics)
- RE 5 Certificate / NQF 5 Wealth Management certificate (Advantageous or to be completed as part of development)
- 0 - 2 Years experience in risk and retirement industry in the financial services industry
- Interest in employee benefits, group risk and retirement administration
- Strong proficiency in English (verbal & written)
- Computer literacy/MS Office
