Compliance Officer - Centurion at Right to Care

Description

This role will report to the Chief Strategy and Business Development Officer. Responsible for ensuring that all proposals and grant applications comply with the requirements of the application process inline with the notice of opportunity, request for proposal and any business development documentation to be submitted. the incumbent will be expected to coordinating partner compliance requirements in proposal applications and other business development activities while ensure proposal applications meet overall donor compliance rules and regulations.

Requirements

     Required Minimum Education and Experience : 

• BCom Accounting or equivalent degree (Bachelors Degree (Health sciences, legal  or similar)
• 5 years Compliance experience
• Knowledge of Public Health
• Regulatory Knowledge (USG/Agency Compliance, development aid and social impact investing regulations)
• Documentation and Record-Keeping
• Compliance Administration Writing and Communication Skillspliance experience

     Desirable Experience

• Minimum 5 years compliance experience in Public Health NGO environment
