    HR Manager - Centurion

    Description

    Recruitment  

    • Recruit, select and place candidates in terms of agreed recruitment and selection processes (in conjunction with the Recruitment Department). 
    • Determining suitable salaries and remuneration 
    • Approve appointment approvals and ensure request to hire numbers are allocated 
    • Ensure appointments (including internal promotions) are in line with EE targets / strategy. 
    • Support, guide and advise line managers on matters such as succession planning, staff retention, staff development etc. 
    • Decides on best recruitment methods considering costs, seniority of position etc. 
    • Assist with appointment of managerial personnel i.e. job specifications, job descriptions, short listing, interviews, letters of appointment and rejections 

    Quality assurance and control 

    • Providing the necessary support systems for payroll requirements 
    • Oversee and manage the capturing of new employees onto the system. 
    • Oversee the loading of documents on the payroll drive and ensure they are completed and properly saved on the drive. 
    • Initiate payroll drive audits as necessary in order to ensure packs are complete with all required documents. 
    • Ensure payroll calendar and deadlines are sent to the team 

    Administration 

    • Oversee the effective management of administrative processes in conjunction with Recruitment Officers / Administrators / Clerks i.e. absenteeism, maternity leave, disability claims etc. 
    • Ascertain, understand, devise, and implement sponsor requirements regarding sponsor-specific HR needs. 
    • Compile and submit monthly reports by due date. 
    • Oversee and manage the team on usage of HRID, SAGE, ESS, Webregister, MIE amongst other systems 

    Reporting 

    • Manage the recruitment tracker and staff movement. 
    • Manage monthly IR Reporting 
    • Manage shortfall reports 

    Staff Management 

    • Managing succession planning of staff 
    • Attend to all staffing requirements and administration. 
    • Supervise and manage the duties of subordinates. 
    • Perform and facilitate performance development and assessments. 
    • Conducts annual performance reviews of HR staff in line with standards set on job descriptions. 
    • Establishes training and development needs of staff and implements

    Enrolled Nurse - Eastern Cape

    Description

    Eastern cape is looking for Two (2) ENs for the following districts, Buffalo City x1 and Chris Hani x1

    • Conduct medical pre-screening of initiates at three months and 4 weeks prior to initiation season. 
    • Conduct Customary Male Initiation bush visits and wound care management.
    • Conduct Pre, and Post-operative care for all clients during initiation.
    • Identify, record and refer all Adverse Event to the line manager.
    • Ensure all source document are available and well utilised by the Roving team.

    Professional Nurse - Eastern Cape

    Description

     Key Performance Areas

    • Two (2) Professional Nurses for the Eastern Cape, Buffalo City x1 & Chris Hani x1..
    • Implement Voluntary Male Circumcision Programme (VMMC) at facility level in accordance with provincial and SA national guidelines
    • Ensure comprehensive package of VMMC services available
    • Maintain and respond to QA assessments
    • Chair/attend staff meetings
    • Ensure all Circumcised Clients are followed up as per SA/WHO guidelines
    • Management of VMMC related adverse events effectively
    • Obtain informed consent from clients by providing them with essential information as per the National Department of Health (NDoH) and PEPFAR VMMC/HTS guidelines. 
    • Provide age- and culturally appropriate group and individual counselling to clients within language of their understanding.
    • Screen patients for Sexually Transmitted Infections (STIs) as per current STI guidelines and Tuberculosis (TB) by asking the four standard TB screening questions and refer patients accordingly.
    • Ensure that the key elements of VMMC education are included in counselling sessions (i.e. risks, benefits, description of surgery, explanation of partial protective effect of VMMC procedure, VMMC being a permanent procedure, importance of knowing HIV status, and post-operative care).
    • Conduct pre- and post-HIV counselling and testing as per most recent NDoH HTS guidelines.

    Minimum Required Qualifications and Experience

    • Diploma in General, Community and Midwifery Nursing
    • 2 years as a Registered Nurse in NGO/Community Clinic or a hospital environment
    • SANC Registration

    Desirable Required Qualifications and Experience

    • Diploma in General, Community and Midwifery Nursing
    • HIV/AIDS Management Course
    • 3 years’ experience as a Registered Nurse Community Nursing Health setting or Hospital setting

    Fleet Coordinator (VMMC) - Centurion

    Description

    Fleet Administrator

    • Liaise with Fleet Management company on all company fleet.
    • Ensure payments are processed for the fleet management services.

    Logistics Coordinator (VMMC ) - Centurion

    Description

     Administration

    • Coordinate routine stock counts to ascertain the quantities in all storage units/warehouses.
    • Design a template to assist with coordination of ordering of VMMC supplies including VMMC kits and consumables, IEC materials, Hygiene packs.
    • Ensure that there is signed receipt of all distributed and delivered items.
    • Work with Logistics Manager in ensuring that there are no stockouts of kits and consumables.
    • Work with Logistics Manager and the supplier of VMMC kits in forecasting and logistics planning
    • Coordinate ordering, delivery, warehousing and distribution of VMMC kits and consumables

    Documents management
