Fleet Administrator

• Liaise with Fleet Management company on all company fleet.
• Ensure payments are processed for the fleet management services.
• Coordinate with Human Resource department for Traffic fines payment monthly to ensure deductions are done direct from salaries of offenders.

Fleet Roadworthiness and Condition

• Ensure that all Company vehicles are road worthy and adhere to the SANRAL rules and conditions.
• Perform routine checks to ensure vehicles are kept in good condition.
• Work with District Program Coordinators to ensure that the vehicles are kept in good working condition.

Risk Management

• Monthly reconcile the Usage/Expense incurred during the month with the Bank Statement.
• Check for Fraud which may occur in the use of company vehicle, e.g. petrol use, private use act.
• Ensure that all traffic fines are sent to the offenders and assure they are paid at the set time as per company policy.
• Ensure that drivers always adhere to the rules and regulation of the road, as well as Company rules.

Requirements

Required Minimum Education

• Grade 12
• Certificate /Diploma in Office Administration or equivalent

Required Minimum Experience

• 1 year experience in administration.
