This exciting opportunity involves overseeing the entire journey of sales, consultation, and booking for custom FIT trips and Private Groups. You'll be at the forefront of crafting unique experiences, from developing products to designing itineraries and providing excellent customer service, all while upholding the DMC's standards, company values, and operational procedures. 

With a focus on delivering tailored solutions that not only keep pace with market trends but also cater to the specific needs of our clients' businesses, DMC Southern Africa is poised to lead the charge in the expansion of FIT and Private Group sales. As the main point of contact for FIT and Private Group clients, you'll immerse yourself deeply in their needs while also maintaining a keen understanding of our diverse range of products and itineraries. Furthermore, you'll play a vital role in collaborating with the Sales Manager to drive growth and cultivate valuable external business relationships. 

A passion for travel is a must! With it you’ll bring: 

• Previous experience with sales is essential.  
• Strong destination/regional and local travel knowledge 
• Significant travel industry experience (ideally 3-4 years), including adventure travel product development and/or experience as a Travel Planner / Travel Designer.   
• Strong communication skills with the ability to adapt and work across multiple cultures, building strong relationships.  
• Fluent English language skills (written and verbal) 
• Tech savvy with proficient experience using Microsoft Office, particularly Microsoft Excel.
