Role Purpose:
The main purpose of this role would be to monitor and evaluate compliance within the business as well as develop risk management plans. You would also identify and report on potential or actual non-compliance, including breaches and risks (including actually or potentially unusual transactions). This position encompasses implementation and development of non-conformity, corrective and preventative actions.
As such, the successful applicant would need to possess functional knowledge & understanding of appropriate regulations, policies and/or practices, as well as the technical competency and expertise in compliance.
