    Confirmations Controller

    Job Objectives    

    •  Receive bookings for suppliers' deliveries via telephone as well as electronically
    •  Ensure suppliers are booked at the receiving department of the distribution centre and that enough time is allocated for offloading.
    •  Make alternate booking arrangements if a supplier cannot hold their booking appointment

    Qualifications    

    • Matric
    • Experience    
    • Experience within a warehouse or distribution centre would be advantageous.

    Knowledge and Skills    

    •  Knowledge of retail environment and distribution centres
    •  Attention to detail
