Construction Foreman - Building Construction Industry at RPO Recruitment

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Construction Foreman in residential and/or commercial projects.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
• Strong leadership and communication skills to effectively manage teams and subcontractors.
• In-depth knowledge of site safety procedures and regulations.
• Demonstrated ability to work to tight deadlines and manage multiple priorities.
• A relevant trade qualification or certification will be a distinct advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations on construction sites (residential and/or commercial).
• Interpret and work from construction drawings and specifications.
• Coordinate and manage subcontractors, site staff, and deliveries.
• Ensure all work is carried out in compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
• Monitor progress and ensure project deadlines and milestones are met.
• Report regularly to project managers and senior site staff.
