Key Responsibility Areas
- Manage, implement and support Knowledge and Innovation Management Strategy aligned to the divisional mandate ensure the provision of Information and Knowledge Services.
- Manage Information and Knowledge Centre (IKC) through provision of services
- Develop linkages with professional information networks and manage stakeholders
- Information and Knowledge Governance
- Develop Business Taxonomy/Glossary to ensure standardized language /terms used for SITA business
- Monitor and evaluate Information and Knowledge Centre services.
- Research current trends and benchmark IKC services
Qualifications and Experience
- Minimum: B. degree in Library Science/Information Science/Information Studies.
- Experience: 5 – 6 years working experience in Knowledge Management with at least 2 years as a Specialist in a corporate/public sector organisation.
