Consultant: Innovation Delivery at SITA SOC (Ltd)

Purpose of the job

• Play a key role in driving innovation across SITA and government by implementing the Innovation Framework, sourcing and evaluating ideas, fostering collaboration, and leading POCs, pilots, and prototypes.

Qualifications and Experience

• Minimum: 3 Year National Diploma/Degree in ICT related field (Computer Science, information systems, technology and Engineering or equivalent). At Least NQF level 6. Postgraduate qualification will be advantageous (Master's Business Administration, Innovation Management or related field)
• Certification: Project Management/ITIL/TOGAF/Cloud Certification/Design Thinking
• Experience: A minimum of 5–6 years’ experience in:
• Innovation strategy and execution
• Public sector or ICT-related innovation projects
• Managing cross-functional teams and external partnerships
• Leading product development cycles (POCs, pilots, prototypes)
• Strong understanding of emerging technologies and their potential applications
• Managing Tech Labs
• Experience in working with diverse stakeholders e.g SMMEs, startups
