    Senior Manager Cluster

    Purpose of the job

    • To ensure the development, execution and continuous refinement of multi-channel customer relationship management through the development of cluster specific programmes, road maps and strategies focused on the loyalty and retention of SITAs customers within the cluster and achieving increased levels of customer satisfactionand ultimately revenue and profitability.

    Key Responsibility Area

    Enterprise Cloud Architect

    Purpose of the job

    • The incumbent will be solely responsible for overseeing SITAs cloud computing strategy and the Government Private Cloud Ecosystem (GPCE) managed by SITA. Primarily this includes inter alia: Cloud adoption plans, cloud solution designs, cloud transitioning, cloud monitoring, capacity management and planning. Oversight of all aspects within the cloud enterprise architecture and deployment in cloud environments - including public cloud, private cloud and hybrid cloud. Manage and successfully execute the technology solution, transition and migration strategy onto the various cloud variants within the cloud ecosystem by engaging with technical teams, technical managers, clients, account managers and professional service consultants. The role is responsible for the entirety of cloud computing initiatives within an organization and for directing and strategizing the architectural aspects of the cloud variants across all aspects of IT and the business.

    Key Responsibility Areas

    • Strategic Direction: Developing and implementing strategies and roadmaps (from an Architecture perspective)

    Purpose of the job

    Software Developer

    Purpose of the job

    Programme Manager

    Purpose of Job:

    • To lead, manage, and govern the Big Data, Analytics, and Artificial Intelligence Programme within the Application Development and Maintenance Division, ensuring the effective delivery of integrated data governance, analytics, AI and machine learning solutions, and enterprise reporting.     Qualifications and Experience

    • Minimum: 3-Year Diploma/Degree in Computer Science, IT or related fields.
    • Experience: 6 - 7 years computer technology working experience in the respective field including the following: LAN Security skills ITIL.

    Admin: Functional Application Support

    Purpose of the job

    • The provision of second level support services relating to specific application systems according to service elements as specified in the applicable service level agreements under supervision.

    Key Responsibility Areas

    • Troubleshoot calls logged on a call logging system on faults reported by clients, using the particular application to ensure the availability of the application.
    • Do functional user acceptance/system testing under supervision against the test plan to ensure functionality of the application
    • Provide advice or training to users about the application systems functionality with support and supervision to ensure optimal functionality of applications.
    • Update relevant user procedure manuals/Online Help and/or equivalent documentation under supervision to ensure accurate information on the application is available to the user
    • Provide Information Support to clients and supervisors.

    Qualifications and Experience

    • Required Qualification: 1 - 2-year National Certificate in an Information Technology / NQF level 5 or accredited specialised courses.
    • Experience: 2 - 3 years application support experience.

    Technical Competencies Description

    • Knows the organisations policy framework, management structures and reporting procedures for all aspects of the programmes environment.     Purpose of the job

    • To help the business implement technology solutions in a cost-effective way by determining the requirements of a project or program, and communicating them clearly to stakeholders, facilitators and partners. (Review, assessment, and development of business processes.

    Key Responsibility Areas

    • Consults with clients (Govt Departments) management and personnel to identify, define and document business needs and objectives, current operational procedures, problems, input and output requirements, and levels of systems access. to improve interoperability of government systems and quality of services and deliverables
    • Identifies opportunities for improving business processes through information systems and/or non-system driver changes; assists in the preparation of proposals to develop new systems and/or operational changes.
    • Deliver services according to project plans and architectural and governance mechanisms to ensure overall compliance and improved service delivery
    • Create business requirements analysis and design work packages for integrated software components, taking into consideration SITA’s software development stack and doing this in accordance with ICT standards and the enterprise architecture for Government

    Qualifications and Experience

    • Minimum: 3-year Diploma / Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or equivalent/NQF level 6 with 360 credits.
    • Experience: 3-5 years’ experience in business analysis, business process management and business process engineering/reengineering. Including experience in business modelling. experience in business architecture.
