    Consumer/Shopper Insights Specialist

    Position Summary

    We are currently looking for a Consumer Insights Specialist, Beverages, who will implement and conduct research and analysis that helps marketing and other areas to know their consumers deeply, by helping them to describe who the target is, what they do, why they do it and translate consumer insights into validated concepts, through facilitating front end activities in Identify phase. Continuously seek to improve methods and promote aligned ways of working to drive Innovation performance

    A day in the life of
    As a Consumer Insights Specialist, you will:

    • Implement and guarantee the quality in all the research process from brief to presentation
    • Understand who target market is, gather information from multiple sources including all digital platforms and Consumer Services and build consumer portraits and business relevant insights by understanding what they do and why they do it.
    • Gather information to conduct consumer, competitor and customer analysis to support business relevant insights
    • Implement research that helps track and measure all indicators that explain Brand Health and Performance amongst target and support measure of ROI 2
    • Deliver validated concepts, by driving opportunity area development, and cofacilitating with prototyping lead the best approach for ideation, concept generation relevant to the scope and
    • Proactively define and communicate opportunities for growth for the market, categories and brands that articulate what it will take to realize these opportunities
    • Synthesize data and understand from multiple sources – qualitative and quantitative and join the dots in a meaningful and actionable way
    • Seek out deep consumer/ shopper/ category insights and impactions that will drive penetration growth
    • Ensure learnings from measurement and evaluation are applied to increase productivity of the A&P Spend
    • Ruthlessly prioritize and focus on tasks that add maximum value to Nestle
    • Effectively influences the business to make the right consumer/ shopper led provocations and understanding to instigate change
    • Externally attentive, to the culture, trends and marketplace dynamics, to detect the factors that could positively or negatively impact growth

    What Will Make You Successful

    • At least 6-8 years’ experience in market research in FMCG and or Research Supplier
    • Data science/ analytics and/or digital expertise
    • Experience in Digital Transformation / leading Digital transformation projects (desirable)
    • Strategic business acumen
    • Ability to lead cross-functional teams/ Lead through Influence
    • Courageous and able to challenge the business
