Contact Center (Avaya) System Engineers at Paracon

Our client who is an industry giants, a global leader in technology recognised for investing in their people is looking for a Contact Center (Avaya) System Engineers (2)

Work experience required

• 5-8 years of relevant managed services experience
•  Basic understanding of the integration of telecommunications and computer equipment.
• Basic understanding of the integration of telecommunications and computer equipment.
• Experience supporting or implementing data and /or voice solutions.
• Basic understanding of relevant operating systems; LAN/WAN networks; and database.
• Basic understanding of telecommunication protocols and systems.
• Diagnostic skills in hardware and software products.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Self-disciplined with good time management skills.
• Fault analysis / troubleshooting skills; be able to read & interpret technical documentation.
• Strong focus on customer satisfaction.
• Customer focus with good attention to detail.
• Have initiative and be a team player.
• Fully competent on the use of Microsoft Office.

Education and certifications required:

• Diploma, degree or relevant qualification in IT/Computing (or demonstrated equivalent work experience)
•  Avaya Product implementation and 1 Support and Maintain certifications
