Contact Centre Learnership at Ann Swann Personnel Services

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Attend and actively participate in the 12-month learnership program.
• Complete all required assessments and assignments within the specified timelines.
• Engage in theoretical and practical training sessions related to the NQF Level 3 Learnership program.
• Collaborate with fellow learners and trainers to enhance the learning experience.
• Demonstrate a commitment to learning and acquiring new skills in a contact centre environment.
• The learnership will include a comprehensive training curriculum covering contact centre operations and relevant industry-specific skills.
• Regular assessments and feedback sessions will be conducted to monitor progress.

Requirements

• Matric (Grade 12)
• A relevant tertiary qualification will be beneficial.
• Proficiency in Mathematics or Mathematics Literacy.
• Candidates with disabilities are encouraged to apply.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work well in a team and contribute to a positive learning environment.
• Basic computer literacy.
• Punctual and reliable.
