Job Summary

• To plan, manage and monitor the implementation of employee engagement and communication activities and processes in order to deliver on approved operational plans in an effective and efficient manner.

Job Description

• Copywriting and Proof reading skills
• Ability to interpret information into effective content
• Ability to work across multiple stakeholders
• Ability to optimise an omni channel strategy for knowledge and communications - consistency, understanding
• Strong command of English - written and verbal
• Effective and efficient in delivery
• Build knowledge of systems e.g. Workday and Service Now wrt opportunities for enhancing communications and content
• Collaborative and supporting relationship with Centres of Excellence
• Iterative assessment of knowledge and content materials to ensure ongoing improvement
• Pan Africa influence
• Support with user acceptance testing
• Support with copy for calendar based campaigns in the People Function as required

Education

Bachelor`s Degrees and Advanced Diplomas: Communication Studies and Language (Required)
