    Content Designer (1-Year Fulltime Contract Position)

    About the job

    • Are you a creative storyteller with an eye for design and a flair for crafting content that resonates across digital and print platforms? We’re looking for a full-time Content Designer to join our dynamic team and help us bring our smoke-free products (SFP) category to life through compelling copy, engaging visuals, and impactful video content — all within the boundaries of regulatory perfection.
    • In this role, you’ll partner closely with category teams, legal advisors, and cross-functional departments to create, adapt, and complete locally relevant content strategies that connect with our consumers in meaningful ways.

    What You’ll Be Doing

    • Craft clear, compelling, and compliant copy for websites, social media, email campaigns, CRM platforms, and print collateral.
    • Collaborate with SFP category teams to translate global content toolkits into locally relevant creative assets.
    • Design and edit visual content such as infographics, social media graphics, and in-store materials using Adobe Creative Suite and other industry-standard tools.
    • Assist with video content creation and editing for online and offline platforms.
    • Conduct research into audience behavior, trends, and competitors to deliver content that’s timely, relevant, and motivating.
    • Proofread and edit all content to ensure it meets brand standards and regulatory requirements.
    • Drive creative brainstorming sessions and chip in innovative ideas that push boundaries while staying compliant.
    • Liaise with the legal team to ensure content adheres to all marketing laws and guidelines in the tobacco and nicotine space.
    • Partner with various departments to capture content inputs and ensure a unified consumer message across touchpoints.
    • Handle content across social media platforms with a focus on engaging diverse audiences.
    • Optimize written content for SEO to increase organic traffic and visibility.

    What We Are Looking For

    • A degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or a related field.
    • 3–5 years of experience in a similar content creation & design role.
    • Exceptional writing and editing skills with an eye for brand voice and clarity.
    • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and strong PowerPoint design capabilities.
    • Video editing and content production know-how is essential.
    • Familiarity with CRM tools and digital publishing platforms.
    • Solid understanding of SEO and content performance metrics.
    • Creative, proactive mindset and strong project management skills.
    • A portfolio showcasing your best writing and design work (please include a link or attach with your application).
