Content Specialist at Quest Staffing Solutions

• We are looking to recruit a vibrant Content Creator to join our fast-paced, mid-sized Contact Centre based in Uitenhage, Eastern Cape.

Qualifications and competencies required:

• Grade 12, or equivalent qualification and experience.
• Media / Communications / Marketing degree/diploma, or equivalent qualification advantageous.
• Must be able to speak, read and write English
• Basic Canva skills.
• Minimum of 12 months experience in a client liaison environment.
• Minimum of 12 months experience in an advertising or marketing agency and / or motor manufacturing industry would be advantageous.
• A valid drivers license (advantageous).

• Social content creation for a corporate brand.
• Social ad management.
• Understanding of corporate identity.
• Customer service orientated.
• Securing new revenue streams in the Digital Media space.
• Experience in social media reporting.
• Excellent communication skills, including understanding and interpreting briefs.
• Attention to detail.
• Ability to think logically and analytically.
• Reliable, self-disciplined and able to work with minimal supervision.
• Ability to multitask across different projects and tasks.
• Advanced computer literacy in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
